Terms of Service
Estimates and pricing
On-site estimates for installation and replacement work are free and valid for 30 days. Repair diagnostics carry a service fee that is credited toward approved work. Prices may change if site conditions differ materially from what was inspected.
Scheduling and access
Installation timelines assume clear, safe access to the work area and available power where required. Delays caused by permits, HOA approval or blocked access may require rescheduling.
Workmanship warranty
Repairs carry a one-year workmanship warranty; new installations carry longer coverage as stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on operators, openers and springs are passed through in full.
Exclusions
Warranties do not cover damage from vehicle impact, vandalism, power surges, unauthorised modification or normal wear of consumable components.
Payment
Deposits may be required for custom fabrication. Balances are due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing.
