Access Control

Keypads, intercoms, telephone entry and cloud credential management.

Keypads, video intercoms, telephone entry and cloud-managed credentials for homes, HOAs and commercial sites.

We install and program access hardware that fits how the property actually operates — a single homeowner keypad, or a multi-tenant directory with hundreds of managed codes.

Where a system already exists, we can often retrofit modern cloud management onto the existing wiring rather than replacing the whole entry.

Problems access control solves

  • Handing out physical clickers you can never get back
  • No way to let a delivery or a guest in remotely
  • Shared entries where you cannot tell who opened the gate or when
  • Staff turnover that means re-keying or reissuing everything
  • An intercom that no longer works since the copper phone line was dropped

How we design an entry system

We start with the arrival scenarios: residents, regular visitors, one-off deliveries and emergency services each need a different route in.

Then we check what the site can support — existing conduit, power, network or cellular coverage at the gate — because that decides which hardware is realistic.

Hardware is integrated with the gate operator's inputs and any existing safety devices, not bolted on beside them.

We configure the credentials, directory entries and permissions with you, and leave documentation so the system can be managed after we go.

Entry methods

Keypads
Individual codes per household or crew, revocable one at a time.
Video and audio intercoms
See and speak to whoever is at the gate before opening it.
Cellular telephone entry
Calls a phone directly — no landline needed at the gate.
Card, fob and tag readers
Fast, consistent entry for staff and residents.
Cloud credential management
Add, remove and audit access from a browser or app.
Emergency access
Knox box or click-to-enter provisions for fire and emergency services.

What affects the scope and the price

  • Number of users, households or tenants to manage
  • Power, conduit and network or cellular signal at the gate
  • Whether the existing operator exposes the right control inputs
  • Directory size and how often credentials change
  • Any local fire-access requirement for the entry

What's included

  • Keypads, card readers and fob systems
  • Video and telephone entry directories
  • Cloud dashboards for property managers
  • Vehicle detection loops and exit sensors

Keeping it manageable

Revoke codes and credentials when people leave. A system nobody prunes drifts back to being a gate everyone can open.

Cloud-managed systems receive firmware updates — worth applying, since they usually carry the security fixes.
